A 44-year-old intimacy coach claims the technique could fight depression, increase sexual satisfaction, improve health, prevent pelvic organ prolapse, give you younger looking skin and more.
Kim, who practices vaginal weightlifting for 20 years, said: “Sex for me is a personal growth tool. It is healing, revitalising and self-actualising. It’s just part of a healthy lifestyle. Vaginal Kung Fu is based on ancient Taoist practices women used 5000 years ago to strengthen the pelvic floor and increase sexual pleasure.

Having a strong pelvic floor and vaginal muscles helps with everything from increasing libido, orgasmic potential and lubrication, eliminating incontinence, and preventing pelvic organ prolapse—especially after childbirth.
The practice creates an overall lift in the body—even a face lift. A woman becomes more connected to her sexual energy in a way that is tangible. She feels more enlivened and confident. Even depression can be eradicated by becoming more connected with your sexuality.
Overall, I want women to know what their vaginas can actually do. My assertion is that the normal, healthy baseline for every woman is to be able to ping pong balls from her vagina. This is every woman’s God-given right.”

Kim has lived and travelled all over the world showing her mad skills, now she has more that 35,000 followers on Instagram where she impresses them with photos of herself weightlifting various objects and teaches on vaginal Kung Fu and weightlifting.
Some gynaecologists agree that vaginal weightlifting is not dangerous and can have health benefits as long as you are sensible and develop your muscles slowly. Guinness World Record in the category vaginal weightlifting is held by Tatyana Kozhevnikova who deadlifted a 14 kg kettlebell.
