One of Nigeria’s biggest comedians, Bright Okpocha, also known as Basketmouth has made history in far away United States of America (USA).
The ace comedian received a special honour from the U.S as the city of Houston, Texas holds what it terms “Basket Mouth Day” tomorrow Friday, July 17, 2015, Vanguard reports.
The Mayor of Houston, Annice D. Parker who signed a legal document to legalise the honour said that Basket Mouth was
honoured “in recognition of his commitment in uniting the communities in the city through his comedies.

In his bid to fight for Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari, Basketmouth took to his Instagram page warning the Peoples Democratic Party to ‘shut the hell up’, in order to enable the president carry out his duties effectively.

However, the comedian earlier in the week took to his instagram page to send a lovely birthday shout-out to his wife, Elsie.
